The open-concept layout features a dream kitchen with a beautiful center island, an oversized hidden pantry, and a tucked-away laundry area for ultimate convenience. The bright and airy living room offers plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and make lasting memories.

The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a luxurious bathroom with an oversized walk-in tiled shower complete with a built-in bench — perfect for guests with limited mobility or for anyone who simply enjoys relaxing while they shower. You’ll also find a soaking tub, dual vanities, and two expansive walk-in closets for all your storage needs.

One of the bedrooms is thoughtfully set up for children, with a twin trundle bed that includes an extra twin mattress tucked underneath for easy pull-out use. We can also provide a variety of kid-friendly items such as toys, a high chair, stroller, small inflatable baby pool, or little ride-on cars — just let us know what you need!

The dedicated office room, which includes its own walk-in closet, can be converted into an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and desk upon request. Please note that this room can be arranged as either an office or a bedroom during your stay — but not both at the same time.

Elegant tile flooring flows throughout the home, and the beautifully tiled showers extend to the ceiling for a clean, modern touch. Outside, the oversized lanai offers the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather year-round.

Why Kids Love It

One of the rooms is perfectly set up for children. It features a twin trundle bed with a pull-out mattress tucked underneath for extra sleeping space. We can also include a variety of toys and accessories from our toddler’s collection. Depending on demand, we’re open to converting this room into an adult space with a queen bed instead. We can provide additional kid-friendly items such as a high chair, stroller, small inflatable baby pool, or little ride-on cars. If there’s anything specific you might need, just let us know — we probably have it!
