CharmMy family and I stayed here for 5 days, and we absolutely loved everything about Richard’s place. From the warm, welcoming setup to all the little thoughtful touches, it truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell Richard put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need. We felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this special place to our family and friends!

WatkinsHost was responsive and the house roomy, but it was lacking some in equipment & basic conveniences. Positive: Lots of bedrooms with fairly comfortable beds. A/C worked well. Negative: Our ensuite bathroom was TINY with NO counterspace for toiletries, etc. Kitchen was very minimally equipped. For example, only one dishtowel, no beverage pitcher, no plastic storage containers for leftovers. Chairs around kitchen table were metal with no padding and very uncomfortable.

There was a ton of detail put into this home down to the earplugs and the eye mask beside the bed and numerous games for the family. The beds were also very comfortable. Will be staying here again!!!

TabithaWe needed a place that could accommodate our family plus my parents and also be roomy enough to have my siblings and their kids over for dinner and to hang out. The game room/activities were a great feature and appreciated by all. Also, the kitchen had nearly every appliance that you could need to make a big family dinner.

RobinPeaceful and Comfortable with everything you could possibly need! Positive: We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and exceptionally well equipped. Everything from the games to the kitchen was perfect. Plenty to do on site with such a cute large back yard for the kids to play in. Beds were cozy and there was lots of sleeping space. We truly hope to return to Tampa again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to book it all over again. Most importantly, the host goes above and beyond to accommodate.

NicoleThe moment we stepped inside we knew we picked the right place! It was about a 15/20 minute drive into the Tampa by the arena. The house accommodated 9 of us perfectly and was so nice to have the pool table! The backyard was the best place to drink coffee in the morning and unwind after a long day out and about! Richard was beyond accommodating, checking in during our stay to make sure all was okay and have clear instructions for check in and out! He is super friendly and a great host! ChrisandKristenNeeded a place to stay for a few nights while on a family getaway and were so thankful to find this place. Was in a great central area, close to Busch Gardens and the aquarium, and we also enjoyed dining at the wharf in downtown Tampa. The kids loved all the games at the house and we appreciated the great proactive communication from the host and how well-stocked the house was. Would highly recommend staying here. ChetCouldn't ask for more. We had seven people and two dogs. Ages ranged from 10 to 76 (people). It was comfortable for all of us and could have been for even more. Two nice relaxing areas, games, good size bedrooms, great bathrooms. Kitchen and dining room were set up just right A Lot of thought had gone into the setting up, the organization, and everything that we needed was there. I definitely stay here again!

There were four of us middle-aged cousins staying in the property and we were so pleased with our choice. The only thing I might recommend is the addition of blackout curtains to the clean, bright, and beautiful bedrooms!

EddieRichard’s place is probably one of the most fun places you’ll find! Plenty of things to do within the home to keep you and your party occupied. We came down to celebrate a bachelor party and had just as much fun within the home as we did going out, if not more! Could not ask for a better stay.Richard was very responsive and helpful during the process and made sure to take care of anything we needed. Can not recommend this place enough, if you’re still looking around I would suggest jumping on this one!

MarianneVery satisfied. Lovely house with many opportunities for various game activities. Large and beautiful garden which unfortunately we could not use due to a tropical storm. Richard responds quickly and is always pleasant and friendly. The house is well equipped and has a great focus on service and accommodation for the visitors. Extra plus for charging cables in all bedrooms, efficient fans, good beds, large TVs, massage chair and plenty of towels. The house is also only a short drive away from Bush Garden. MakaylaHad a great time here! Perfect for family’s with little ones had everything we needed so we didn’t have to pack up all of our stuff from home. We had 10 people total and it was big enough to accommodate all of us! Also really loved that we didn’t have a ton of stuff to clean up at the end of our stay since traveling with a big group and little ones it made it super easy and quick to head out in the morning. Overall very happy with this place and highly recommend it

I would book again and again.If you’re looking for a large house to rent this is definitely the one.They have gone the extra mile and it makes the property outstanding. Negative: Everything! I was feeling unwell on arrival and they even had a little draw with everything you might need but might have forgotten! Very thoughtful and left a bottle of wine and snacks for the children.

ColinThis was a great place to stay during a week of transition and moving into the Tampa area. The house is as advertised, with plenty of additional features (minor snacks upon arrival, bathroom necessities, etc.). I would highly recommend this listing for anyone looking to stay near Busch Gardens, USF, North Tampa or just the general Temple Terrace area. The large floor plan was perfect for gathering, but just as nice to retreat to our own spaces at the end of a day. The massage chair was the most popular item in the house during our stay.

Lisa ElizabethThis place was a perfect combination of fun, relaxation, convenience, and luxury. The house was stocked with full kitchen items; a concierge drawer with bandaids, aspirin, chapstick, etc; each bathroom had hand soap, lotion, shampo, conditioner, and bodywash; all of the little notes and reminders were framed and placed throughout the house to help guests; two family rooms allowed our group of 8 to spread out but the 10-person table allowed us to have meals together too. The bedsheets were soft, spotless, and clean. The house smelled fantastic and was very clean. The location was perfect for a concert we were attending at the amphitheater. We loved this house and all of the games and toys it included! Oh, and the massage chair was extraordinary!
