Primary Suite: King bed, private pool access, 75” Smart TV, Sonos Sound, walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed with 65” Smart TV, chic coastal-inspired décor and premium linens.
Bedroom 3: King bed, with 65” Smart TV is perfect for family members or additional guests.

Work & Stay Connected

If you’re working remotely or need a quiet space to check in on business, the home features a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi — ensuring you can stay productive while surrounded by Florida sunshine.

Pool/SPA Heating: Please note the maximum temperature setting fpr the pool is 88°F (SPA 104) to maintain proper equipment function and ensure a comfortable swim. Pool heating is managed remotely. Temperatures of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool equipment for heating does not run 24/7.

*Electricity Use. Guests are allotted $75 per week of electricity use. Usage is monitored at arrival and when the guest leaves. Any overage will be charged at $0.20 per kwh.

Property Essentials – we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.


Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire home, lanai, pool, and lakefront area. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer, garage parking, and keyless entry for convenience.

Owner closets in the garage are not accessible to guests.
