Rates are subject to change. A signed rental agreement is required for each booking. A refundable security damage deposit is required, from which the $100 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its balance being returned (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). **If the stay is for more than three weeks, the post stay cleaning fee is increased to $110 per stay. All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing. We prefer personal or bank checks to be used for payments as we no longer accept credit cards due to high fees. We can accept PayPal payments, however if the guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% International fee and a 3% domestic fee to the recipient that the guest will need to pay in addition to any fees on their end. Guests will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly. We no longer accept verbal bookings. We operate on a first booked basis only. The first valid submitted rental agreement will secure the booking for the unit and the dates selected.

We enjoyed our stay at Estero Beach and Tennis Club and plan to return next year. The 7-mile beach is beautiful to walk - firm sand with relatively flat entry into the water - and lots of shells to make it interesting.We played a lot of pickleball and the other owners/guests were very welcoming and friendly.The condo was comfortable and stocked with the items we needed to cook. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My husband and myself arrived on a Sunday. The place was very clean very well kept we had never rent it from any type of vacation rental site before the room was very cute. Very very clean. Wonderful view beds were extremely comfortable. Very quiet centrally located to Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach easy access to the little private type beach behind the condos. I know the beach was not private, but it looked like it was. It was so very well maintained super friendly staff. Mr. Boggs was a very easy to deal with. Fast on any other response that I sent him, we loved it so much we rebooked already for Another trip in November

Loved our stay! Place was clean and had everything we needed! Comfortable king bed and right on the beach!! There is lots of construction on the island right now, but this place is just a two min drive from a quiet beach (Lovers Key)!

Yes, check in is after 3:00 pm on first rental night. We use either a digital lock system or a lockbox system. Codes provided once the finial payments are made.
