THE SPACE
At Blue Haven, days begin slowly at the coffee bar and often end stretched out on the sectional with the French doors open and something easy on the TV. Meals come together without effort, whether it’s a quick bite at the island or takeout around the table. The layout keeps everyone close, with enough space to settle in, spread out, and move easily between indoors and out.

Each of the 3 bedrooms offers its own relaxed coastal vibe, with crisp white linens, woven textures, and calming hues. Thoughtfully designed for rest and rejuvenation, these light-filled spaces provide a serene escape after sun-soaked days on the coast.

Outdoor living at Blue Haven begins in the screened lanai, a quiet spot to read, relax, or take a break from the sun. Just beyond, a patio table sits shaded under an umbrella with the grill nearby and plenty of space to gather after the beach. The grassy yard is fully enclosed, offering a safe place for children to play, all framed by palms and tropical plantings that add a sense of privacy throughout.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.

Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. flooding, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) at time of booking. We urge our guests to buy travel insurance for coverage in the instance that interruptions force your stay to be canceled.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
