The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the stay. A valid government-issued ID may be required.
No pets are permitted. Unauthorized pets must be removed immediately and may result in a non-refundable fee of $500–$1,000.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking may result in a $300 fee.
A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. A full propane tank for the grill is not guaranteed.
Electricity is metered based on actual usage and charged at $0.20 per kWh. Typical consumption averages approximately $15–$20 per day, depending on usage.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.

SalimPositive: The house in over all was nice . Spacious and the kids enjoyed the pool . Very quite neighborhood. Negative: The garage was closed no acces . wish it was not mention in the ad . The house was nice but. Was not clean properly . Not too much spare bed sheets. Limited kitchen utensils. Patios and pavement was full of green mold . You can tell it was not pressure clean for long time .

MarkWeekend at Cape Villa.First I would like to highlight how incredible the property location sits in a very charming neighborhood.Cape Villa was very peaceful and private and it gave our family the feeling of tranquility we were looking for! Michael was more than responsive and accommodating with any concerns or questions we had.For the value and the quality of amenities offered I think the listing offered at the price was spot on!My only critique I have would be to have a better communication with their cleaning staff to create a synergy between the total guest experience. On Thursday my wife and daughter in law arrived a day early before me, and had to clean bathrooms and little areas through out the house. The master tub , kid bathrooms, and areas In general kitchen area. Pool was also dirty but Michael sent someone next day to resolve this. Overall our stay and experience at Cape Villa was Great! AshleyBeautiful home. Amazing area to spend with family. The pool and waterfront were stunning! The inside was just as amazing. The kitchen had great appliances and we were able to cook good meals. It was peaceful and quiet. We all slept great and had energy for our daytime adventures!
