Please note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and all guests must be present for the duration of their stay. A valid driver's license or state ID will be requested for all bookings. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited and will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $500 (which can go up to $1,000 in some cases). Smoking is also not allowed and will result in a $300 fine.

We provide our guests with a basic set of consumables, such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and detergent, but kindly ask that they provide their own for the remainder of their stay. We do not supply a full propane tank for the grill.
