Villa Abaco - Escape to luxury

Villa Abaco was as advertised and as the pictures showed. The best thing about Villa Abaco was Michael himself. He was wonderful to deal with, and promptly answered any inquiry. He greeted us the first morning and explained everything very welI. I would highly recommend him. The hot water tank failed, and Michael had it replaced the same day! A toilet kept running and the plumber showed up an hour later to exchange a part in the tank. Unused/unopened supplies from the previous renter were left for us to use (drinks, etc.) ....a nice bonus. The pool heater was efficient, simple to adjust, and quickly put the temperature to where we wanted it. The location is good, with a nice canal view. The website showing the house plans was a great help ...all websites should show this as it helps put the photos of the house in perspective. A smart idea from Michael. The beds were a little hard, which is why I only gave 4 stars, and I suggested to Michael that mattress toppers would improve the comfort (there was one on the master king and it was fine). Knowing Michael, I think he'll take my suggestion to heart.

Our stay at this Cape Coral home was nothing short of incredible — truly the perfect place for a large group getaway.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every room felt comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The layout is ideal for groups — whether you’re traveling with family or friends, there’s room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy time together.The outdoor space was hands-down our favorite part. The pool area felt like a private resort — we spent most of our time lounging, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine. The seating areas made it easy to hang out as a group, whether it was morning coffee by the water or evening drinks at sunset.The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking group meals, and the dining area easily accommodated all of us, which made dinners together feel special. Everything in the home was well-maintained and clearly cared for, which made our stay feel even more comfortable.Location-wise, it was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether we were heading to the beach, grabbing groceries, or going out for dinner, everything was convenient.If you’re looking for a place in Cape Coral that can comfortably host a large group while still feeling elevated and relaxing, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

Alles verlief absolut reibungslos dank Quality Home Service. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt – das Haus ist wirklich äußerst geräumig und komfortabel. Wir waren sowohl mit dem Haus als auch mit dem Service rundum sehr zufrieden. • Das Haus war makellos sauber. • Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet – sogar mit USB-C-Ladegeräten. • Die Küche verfügt über modernste Geräte • Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen riesigen 85-Zoll-Fernseher, eine Soundbar und sogar eine Xbox. • Zusätzlich gibt es einen Billardtisch • Der große Salzwasserpool ist ein echtes Highlight. Im Poolbereich gibt es außerdem einen Whirlpool, einen großen Esstisch und einen Grill. Sowohl das Pool- als auch das Whirlpoolwasser sind beheizbar. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Supermärkte wie Walmart oder Home Depot sind mit dem Auto in nur 4–5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Flughafen Fort Myers ist etwa 30 Minuten entfernt, und das Miromar Outlet erreicht man in ungefähr 35 Minuten. Insgesamt können wir das Haus und den Service uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Everything went absolutely smoothly thanks to Quality Home Service. In the pool area, you’ll also find a hot tub, a large dining table, and a grill. Both the pool and the whirlpool are heated – perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time.
