For your entertainment, the house is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, high-speed WIFI, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and more. You'll also have access to a dishwasher, washer, and dryer for your convenience.
Please note that we charge $0.20 per kwh for electricity usage. On average, guests use around $15.00-$20.00 per day.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we will provide a basic set of consumables, including 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each garbage can, plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs. However, you will need to take care of your own needs for the remainder of your stay. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

TammyWords can’t even describe how beautiful this location is ❤️ The house matches this beauty with elegant views, plenty of space for our family, and the pool is an amazing addition!We enjoyed the Yacht Club Public Beach, which is a five minutes or less drive by car or 15 minute walk from the house. Less crowded beach, clear water (great for bringing goggles over to explore) and of course, looking for shells 🐚We drove to Fort Myers Beach, which is about a 30 minute drive by car. Lots of beach, places to walk to shop, eat or get ice cream, plenty of ocean to play in! Very popular, as some east side Floridians come over to the west side for the beaches.We had family dinners in the dinning room and outside at the table next to the pool. We enjoyed every minute of our family vacation 🥰We couldn’t thank Michael enough for hosting us! He was very kind, responsive, and accommodating! RuthieThis house was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk every morning. If you have any physical limitations, it would be helpful to know that a spiral staircase to the upper level bedrooms (3 of the 4) is the only way to the upstairs. The pool while being a great size with a view of the bay, was dirty with mold and needed to be cleaned. Host wanted to charge $20 a day for electricity which was never listed in our contract.

Jennifer S. GraceOur stay was 5-star at the Flamingo House. ( 2 guests, 10 night stay, traveled from East TN ) Short access to Ft. Myers & Sanibel Island. Even the hour trek South to Naples & Marco wasn’t a problem at all. Grand view of the Caloosahatchee River. Even spotted a dolphin or two. The sunsets were picture perfect from both below and room balcony. Michael and his family were very accommodating and made our stay here very enjoyable and stress-free. It really was a fantastic house to come back to relax in after a long day of seafood dining and seashell hunting. The pool was wonderful. Well stocked kitchen needs for stay in meals. The use of the garage made loading and unloading our vehicle much more convenient. BOOK THIS PLACE - you won’t regret it.

GauthierHORRIBLE Positive: The view Negative: The AC barely worked. I was sweating every moment I was inside or outside of the house. I didn’t even have to use blankets to sleep at night. The pool had fiberglass in it and the railing broke when I put my weight on it in the middle of the night when I was going down to the water. I almost got seriously injured. I reached out to the people who own the property multiple times with no response. The entered the premise twice without my prior approval or knowledge. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
