1194 sq. ft. Tastefully decorated coastal condo in Naples, Florida. This 2 bed/2 full bath FIRST FLOOR (NO STEPS!!) unit features a large size master bedroom with a King bed. The guest bedroom features an on-suite pocket door so your guests may have full privacy. Our unit also has a screened in lanai which has a nice view of the lake, and you can catch fabulous sunsets! We have brand new, very comfortable lanai furniture as of April, seating for 4. We also have 3 pools in our community as well as hot tubs at each pool.
We also updated our unit with new Luxury Vinyl Flooring throughout May 2024. No tile or carpet! New stainless steel appliances too!
For your convenience, we also have a locked storage unit right outside our unit. Keyless entry. Room Darkening Shades. Beach chairs/Beach umbrella. Pool noodles too.
This community offers bundled golf as well as lots of other amenities! This community is also known for having a very active pickleball league as well as other court sports like Tennis & Bocceball. In addition, there is dining at the private restaurant and grille/bar room. The clubhouse pool offers full bar/food service outdoors too. The club also boasts a nice pro golf shop, with attire and other golf things for sale. We also have an onsite gym too for your use.45

We are located in a bundled gated golf community in North Naples and are close to lots of shopping and the beautiful white sand beaches are only an 11 minute drive up the road.
We provide everything you need for a 30 plus day stay! (we have a 28 day minimum due to HOA rules) Our kitchen is full stocked with pots, pans, kuerig machine, drip coffee pot, crockpot, etc. We also provide towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. to maximize your stay "home away from home".
We have beach chairs and pool noodles for your use as well.
We are centrally located in North Naples - a short ride down from the Ft Myers (RSW) airport! Close to lots of shopping (Public, Target, Seed to Table, etc) A short ride to the beautiful beaches (the closest beaches are Vanderbilt and Wiggins).
We are close to I-75 which means it's very convenient to get to Downtown, Tin City, and some of the other attractions. We are about a 40 minute ride to Marco Island as well.
Our community is very friendly and offers many different amenities to choose from. Golf, Pickleball, Tennis, Bocce, Member social events, Private dining & bar, even cooking classes !
We also have a fitness center and beautiful walking trails throughout the community.
You can walk to Target or Publix as well as our clubhouse is a nice walk up the road.
Check out Seed to Table which is about a 4-5 minute drive from our home! They have the best produce around!

Judith S.A wonderful stay in Cypress Woods Trace Circle!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Cypress Woods Trace Circle! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and more. We enjoyed being able to use the club membership even though we weren’t golfers. There were activities from water aerobics to bocce ball to keep us busy. The restaurant served very good food at a reasonable price. We particularly enjoyed the Friday Night Fish Fry and the Lobster Fest. Excellent! The Sunday Morning Brunch had something for everyone. Walking paths were beautifully landscaped and there were several choices for walking each day. The location was perfect for exploring the beaches and local things to do. Almost everything in Naples and Bonita Springs was 20-40 minutes by car. The host has a wealth of resource materials and maps to help you locate iconic places to visit and things to do. . We enjoyed visiting Tin City, Fifth Avenue and going to the Naples Players Theater. The host provided all types of towels and starters for supplies. People at Cypress Woods were very friendly and welcoming. We really hope to come back to this property again.
