HOUSE RULES
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM - Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home, garage, or on the screened porch
• Accessibility Notice: This townhome has two sets of stairs, 2 steps at front door entrance
• All guests must follow the HOA rules set in place by Lost Key. If any guest violates those rules, Lost Key will require us to enforce an immediate checkout that is nonrefundable.
• Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by the booking parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at the time of check-in, if the person renting the unit is not present at the time of check-in. Refunds will not be available if this occurs.
• Owners are not responsible for the Lost Key community amenities (i.e. pool, Beach Club, etc). All amenities are operated through the HOA and are not guaranteed.
• An adult dog will be considered if renting for over 12 days. Must be under 45#, house-trained, and preferably a low shedding breed. A $250 deposit is required and is non-refundable.
• There are three external cameras that are monitored. One is located at the front door area (door bell), outside garage, and the other is outside the back-door of the backyard space.
Parking notes:
Per the HOA, there is NO PARKING ON the STREET. There is free parking on the property for up to 3 vehicles. This includes parking in the garage and the driveway. Larger vehicles may take up extra space and limit parking to 2 vehicles.
Deposit and Penalty Notes:
- $50 charge per lost amenities key card; $25 wristband
-$500 charge if anyone smokes/vapes in the house or porch
-$500 charge if more than 8 people sleep in the unit at any time; or 10 people occupy the property at anytime...NO PARTIES.
-$250 pet fee is non-refundable upon approval of dog. Violation will result in possible termination of your stay

We loved staying at Veni Vidi Beachi. It’s very close to the beach and fun beach club. Some days we stayed all day and ate at the club. It’s also walking distance to some fun restaurants. We rented a boat at the close-by marina. Loved cruising the inter-coastal. The home was immaculate. It felt so homey versus a rental. It was very well stocked, super clean & well stocked. The owners had lots of beach towels, chairs & 2 umbrellas waiting for us. Loved that there was a shuttle option to get to tje beach too. Very close to the resort pool and tennis courts. It truly had it all. We will be back.

Lovely townhome in the gated community of Lost Key. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and beach club as well as to the pool and gym. This end unit townhome offered beautiful views in a great location and was perfect for our group of 6. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning.
