On the first floor, you'll find a Master Suite with a King bed, along with a guest bedroom featuring twin beds that connect to a bathroom leading to the pool. The second story offers a separate living area, another Master Suite with a King bed, and two guest bedrooms with Queen beds, accompanied by two bathrooms. Convenience is key, with two separate laundry rooms, one on each floor.

Additional amenities include five flat-screen televisions, a wrap-around balcony, a spacious outdoor patio, a privacy fence, and ample parking. If you're in the mood for dining out, explore the many waterfront restaurants in the area, some with indoor and outdoor seating and seasonal live music.

The pool can be heated with 48-hour notice for an additional $250 per week, ensuring you have the perfect temperature for relaxation.
