Refundable Damage Deposit - $500 refundable security deposit.

Contracts/Agreements - We will provide our rental agreement when you request booking with us.

️️️️️ We had an amazing week at this beautiful Cape Coral home! The place was spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area and canal views were absolutely perfect — we spent most of our time outside enjoying the sunshine.We’ve stayed at the owners’ other three properties as well, and they never disappoint. Each home is consistently clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The owners are wonderful to work with and always make sure our stay is seamless. So much so my parents are renting for 2 weeks and we have friends that have reserved future rentals with the owners.We can’t wait to come back again soon — highly recommend!
