Our private peaceful renovated Villa with 17 foot ceilings and a relaxing water view at the back of the Villa await you. Regent Park Villas are a community of Villas and private homes in a very friendly, house proud community that is extremely well maintained by the association and the private home owners

The Villa is open, bright and beautifully decorated, featuring a renovated kitchen, bathrooms, front and back lanai with a pool a few steps from the Villa and an Olympic size pool, tennis courts with basketball court are all yours to enjoy

Their are tennis rackets( balls), exercise equipment, weights, bands and the easiest and best exercise is a lovely early morning walk around the circle, where everyone says hello

There are 2 bedrooms; the first with 2 queen size beds and bathroom with shower
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom a few steps away.

Their is a kitchen table and 2 bar chairs as well as a din8ng room that seats

There is a screened in front lanai where you can sit and read with a coffee or glass of wine

You can watch the birds, ducks and wildlife as you eat your breakfast overlooking the water in the back lanai

Their is a smart TV as well as one in the bedroom, and wi-fi. in the condo

Their is also a green leather pull out couch for extra guests

Everything you need to make your vacation relaxing is provided, including a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom linens, beach towels, chairs , and umbrella

Beaches are a short drive away as is modern Mercato with restaurants, shopping, movies and more

A short drive south brings you to Historic 5th Ave. with fine dining, shopping and the best sunset views at Naples pier,

Area Information

The Villa is approximately 1200 square feet, with a front lanai as you enter the door, a great place to sit and read while enjoying a coffee

Enter the front door and to your right is the kitchen with a raised kitchen table and 2 bar stools as well as a recently renovated fully stocked white kitchen, with everything you need to make tasty meals

In the hallway to the left is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, dresser, nightstand, chair, closet and bathroom with a bath tub and shower, also the washer and drier are in the bathroom

Going back to the hallway, it opens up to the dining room and family room with 17 foot ceilings, smart TV, comfortable couches and chair, continue to the left is the primary bedroom with 2 queen size beds, dresser, night table and closet opening into a newly renovated bathroom with double sinks

After the family room walk out to the back lanai overlooking the water with wildlife to see every day with binoculars hanging beside the couch
