Just steps from Las Olas Villa, my guests can enjoy some of Fort Lauderdale’s best dining. To your right, across the street, you’ll find Chima Steakhouse, a delightful Brazilian churrascaria offering mouthwatering cuts of meat, salmon, chicken, sausage — and a beautiful buffet that’s simply irresistible. Don’t forget to try their caipirinha — it’s five stars, and you’ll love it! To your left, you can stop by Ocean Prime restaurant also on the water walking distance. Elbow room Bar for delicious cocktails, or head over to Coconuts, right on the water, where you’ll meet Johnny the bartender and enjoy some famous Scoobies while watching the boats go by. The location couldn’t be more perfect!

Favorite Places To Eat

I personally love El Vez on A1A, especially their fried fish — it’s always fresh and perfectly cooked. If you stroll about ten minutes to your right down Las Olas Boulevard, you’ll find Rocco’s Tacos — one of my favorites! The margaritas are fantastic.
They even make fresh guacamole right at your table, which is a treat to watch and taste. And the tacos are delicious, and the atmosphere is lively and fun. The service is always excellent, making it another must-visit spot during your stay at Las Olas Villa.

What can I say about Las Olas Villa? This is truly the place to be! The moment you open the door, you’re welcomed into your own private paradise — spacious, elegant, and completely yours to enjoy. From morning coffee by the pool to relaxing evenings under the stars, every moment here feels special. You can unwind, celebrate, and make memories until quiet hours begin around 10 p.m., when we ask guests to keep the noise down out of respect for our lovely neighbors. But until then, this villa is all yours — stunning, luxurious, and unforgettable. You simply have to come experience it for yourself.
One more thing that makes Las Olas Villa extra special — the house is fully equipped with a premium water filtration system. You’ll enjoy soft water throughout the home, so your skin feels smooth and never itchy, and you’ll notice you don’t need much shampoo, conditioner, or laundry soap. In the kitchen, there’s also a reverse osmosis filtration system for the purest drinking water. To use it, just open the faucet and press the small button under the counter to the right of the sink — it will instantly switch the water to osmosis mode. It’s a simple luxury and a true treat for our guests.
