The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and TV, while two additional bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds. With 2 full bathrooms and an open-concept kitchen equipped with new appliances and a bar, you'll have everything you need. Relax on the covered patio or enjoy the sun on the expansive pool deck. BQ Grill is available, and gas is at your expense. A new top-load washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. All major stores for your shopping are within 2-10 min. to drive.

Why Kids Love It
Home is not suitable for small kids below 6-8 years old, who can't swim.
There is no fence around the pool or security alarm on the sliders.
We are not taking any liability outside the house.
SW Cape Coral, within 2-6 min. you are at all major shopping malls and restaurants, but still in a very quiet neighborhood. Please respect their live and all outdoor activities should be stoped by 10 PM. Your neighbors go for work in the morning.
You need a car to go fro shopping or visiting restaurants. It has no public busses. You can use of Cours home delivery and Uber.
