Never saw the original house we thought we were renting.
Not favorable! To begin with making our payment to the rental agency was a hassle-either wire payment to German bank or get a money order or cashiers check and deposit into Bank of America, who advised against doing business with this agency. I was also asked for the final payment early as the property had been sold and new owners might possibly cancel our rental otherwise. Six days before our arrival I got an email stated the 4 bedroom home was no longer available but we could have a 2 bedroom until Feb 1st( our dates were ). There was 5 of us arriving so I refused the 2 bedroom. A 3 bedroom was offered until 2/7 and then we agreed to move to the 2 bedroom and there would be no compensation for that. The next day we were told the 3 bedroom was no longer available but the 2 bedroom still was. I refused the 2 bedroom and mentioned a refund. Then a 3 bedroom was offered until 2/15/26 if we would agree to move into th 2 bedroom at that time at no extra cost of course. We are loading our car when I agreed to that arrangement. We arrived at the three bedroom on January 24 and were very relieved to see it was exactly as pictured. The next morning an agent arrived to do the walkthrough and was very nice However she didn’t even have any information on us and she was from a totally different agency than the one we had rented from. (Which turned out to be a blessing for us because she was very helpful- got us new pillows , hairdryer and nitelights). After several days we decided to do a drive by of the 2 bedroom. I had seen pictures of the inside with totally uncomfortable looking furniture but the outside was completely neglected. We then refused the 2 bedroom and asked for a refund which was eventually sent thru Zelle. After we left the 3 bedroom on the 14(early because of flight issues) I notified them I would be expecting a refund of my deposit. They stated I would get it once electric was paid. But I had already paid the electric with the company who actually had the house under contract. It was stated they would refund deposit upon proof of my payment, understandable, to PayPal. I ask them to send it by Zelle and they said they don’t have Zelle. Of course I reminded them I had already had my received my rental refund that way. Oh well there is a limit with Zelle and they couldn’t do that till next week. So extremely frustrated with this situation. In closing we feel we had found a great rental source with the new agency-BMI.

Julie B.Beautiful 5th Street Naples Apt.
This beautiful 5th Street Apt. is the perfect location in Naples, FL. Surrounded by everything you need for a wonderful stay - amazing restaurants and 2 blocks from the white sand beach. The apartment was so beautifully decorated and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the live music from the surrounding restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.
