*Update October 2025: Our pool is still under construction and landscaping is not yet done, rates are reduced to reflect that. With the delays we've been experiencing, I would not expect the pool until January 2026 and I will keep this page updated. HOWEVER, the beach is awesome as ever and you can't beat our location with a large, white, quiet expanse of beach in front of us and just a short walk north to all the fun, food and music that Fort Myers Beach is known for! And the peaceful lanai view will make it hard for you to even leave the condo! Our condos did not sustain interior damage during Ian and are ready to be enjoyed by you! You will love Estero Beach Club!

We love this two-bedroom condo (Unit #405) with lots of windows to take in morning sun, evening sunset and amazing views of the beach from the lanai AND master bedroom! It has been remodeled and we are currently updating furniture and decor to a more neutral palette. Guests enjoy a 4th floor location in a beachfront building with an amazing view over the pool and out to the beach. The sunset streams golden-hour light onto the lanai and into the condo! Enjoy the beachfront location, an incredible view of the beach, and resort-like amenities of a heated pool and spa. Our building is just five stories, and you will be steps from the elevator which takes you right to the pool and beach access. No long walks and endless corridors to get to the pool and beach!
Ft. Myers Beach is famous for its seven miles of white pristine sugar sand, safe calm gulf water, beautiful and breathtaking sunsets, wildlife, and a large variety of beautiful sea shells for the picking.
We made sure that the condo is very well stocked and includes the amenities we like to have ourselves. High-end kitchen appliances. Generous dining space.
If you do not want to rent a car, you are conveniently located with the new public library 1½ blocks away. Many restaurants are also within walking distance so you would never need to drive once you are here. You can get a taxi from the airport for about $45.00. There is also a trolley that will take you up and down Ft Myers Beach for 75 cents, with drop off right in front of the condo complex.
Our condo complex has an awesome, upper Island location! It's conveniently located within walking distance to Times Square, Bay Oaks Park and Recreation Area, a beautiful new public library, many restaurants. (Note: many are still recovering from Ian, but more and more businesses are opening all the time!)
The main things you need to bring are your swim suits, sunglasses, and sunscreen to enjoy a great vacation! It is our hope that you will love our condo and Ft. Myers Beach so much that you will want to return year after year!
Master Bedroom
King bed, TV, dresser, bed-side tables, large closets with plenty of storage. A full wall of windows means you wake up in bed, with the beach as your view.

This updated bathroom has a tub and shower, plush bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels.

Queen bed, TV, closet and dressers and bed-side tables

Remodeled walk-in shower, enter from hallway or direct from guest bedroom through sliding door.
Heated Pool and Spa. The pool and spa is right on the beach so, while enjoying the pool and spa you are sitting overlooking the sand and the Gulf.
We have oversized beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
**We also own two one-bedroom units: Unit 403 conveniently located across the hall from this unit and Unit 503, one level up. So perfect if you have other couples who want to join you!

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. (Does not apply to non-Saturday to Saturday bookings).

Rates are subject to change unless reservation is confirmed and deposit paid.
Deposit is $1,000 per week for bookings May - mid-November and $1,500 per week for bookings mid-November 15 - April.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Estero Beach Club Nonrefundable Registration Fee:

$150 14+ Days Reservation
This is paid directly to the rental office.
After your reservation is confirmed, the onsite manager will make arrangements for payment of this fee and submission of the Registration Agreement.
Arrival instructions will be emailed one week prior to your vacation by the office. Please note this fee is not refundable.
We rent Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum. We consider non-Saturday to Saturday rentals and rentals less than 7 days in June, July, August, and occasionally at other times during the year, however please note that ALL non-Saturday to Saturday rentals and rentals less than 7 days are NOT REFUNDABLE and full payment is due upon booking.
All bookings need to be approved by owner and go through our association office. Pay by check, Venmo or Zelle.
Remember we are a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of pets or smoking in the condo. Thank you in advance for taking great care of our condo - we appreciate it!
