Located in one of the area’s most desirable beachfront communities, guests enjoy private beach access and resort-style amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, gas grills, and convenient elevator access for easy beach days.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, twin daybed, walk-in closet, cable TV, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony access, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed, bunk bed, and smart TV—perfect for families or groups. A full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo adds convenience, and the living room features plush leather recliners, cable TV, and sliding glass door access to the private balcony with peek a boo ocean views.

• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 2 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use

July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.
