Our newly remodeled 4 bed 2 bathroom home features an open concept kitchen/living room. The split bedroom style gives the master bedroom privacy with a newly remodeled bathroom. Guest bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The home is situated on a saltwater canal with a private screened in lanai that overlooks the canal. The Yacht Club neighborhood is close to downtown bars, restaurants and nightlife. The lanai faces west giving you a front seat to the world’s best sunsets which is why we call this home “The painted sky oasis”.
#birdwatcher ? Even the endangered and protected burrowing owl calls our front yard home. They can often be seen perched oh my God you’re so fresh and so clean in the lawn or flying around the neighborhood hunting. #burrowingowls are about as cute as they come.
Unique Benefits
1. Unbeatable Waterfront Access
Your canal-front home puts guests right on the water — perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply enjoying peaceful views from sunrise to sunset. Many canals are deep enough for boat access, making it ideal for boating enthusiasts.
2. Prime Boating and Gulf Access
The Yacht Club neighborhood connects guests to the Caloosahatchee River and onward to the Gulf of Mexico via nearby waterways. This makes it easy to explore world-class beaches, islands, and fishing spots — all by boat.
3. Laid-Back Coastal Lifestyle
Cape Coral is known for its relaxed, sunny vibe. Staying here means guests enjoy Florida coastal living — from fresh breezes and sunny days to casual dining and scenic sunset cruises.
4. Exclusive Yacht Club Perks
Residents and guests in this area often enjoy access to local Yacht Club amenities including:
A private community beach
A large heated pool overlooking the water
A fishing pier and boat ramp
Picnic areas and recreation space
This creates a resort-like atmosphere steps from your door.
5. Exceptional Vacation Privacy
Unlike crowded high-rise resorts, a canal home offers space, privacy, and tranquility — ideal for couples, families, or multi-family vacations.
6. Wildlife and Nature All Around
Guests can expect to spot eagles, herons, dolphins, and BURROWING OWLS right from the dock or backyard — a natural Florida experience.
7. Easy Access to Local Favorites
Cape Coral’s dining, shopping, and activity spots are all nearby:
Waterfront restaurants with fresh seafood
Local markets and boutique shops
Golf courses, parks, and outdoor recreation
Everything is just a short drive away.
8. Sunshine and Outdoor Living Year-Round
With Cape Coral’s warm climate and abundant sunshine, guests can enjoy outdoor living all year — fishing, grilling on the patio, swimming, or just relaxing with a good book.
Why Kids Love It
Pools, pools, pools
Private Heated Pool. No schedules, no crowds—just “can we swim again?” energy all day.
Space to roam
Compared to hotels or condos, kids get room to run, play tag, ride scooters, or fish off a dock without feeling cramped.
Water everywhere
The canals are a big deal. Watching boats, spotting fish, manatees (if you’re lucky), or just throwing lines in makes the area feel like one big outdoor adventure.
Close to beaches & day trips
Near Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Pine Island, and nature parks. Kids love that “new place every day” feeling without long drives.
It feels like a real home
Multiple bedrooms, TVs, kitchens—kids can spread out, bring toys, and keep routines (snacks whenever, pajamas all day if they want). That comfort matters more than adults realize.
Florida freedom vibe
Warm weather year-round means outdoor play almost nonstop. Even winter visitors get summer-like days, which feels magical to kids from colder places.
