About the host

: Although we acquired this home just 2 short years ago it has been in our family for many many years , we have been spending vacations in the keys since the early 80s . My Parents spent many years renting this house for the summer , shortly after we lost my mother in 2011 my Father purchased what is now known as Papas Paradise . We tragically lost our father in 2023 and inherited his favorite place to be if he wasn't back home in Okeechobee, Fl fishing for spec or chasing a tournament trail with Crappie Masters , of which he was Florida state Champion for many yrs .
