Estero Beach Club has a non refundable registration smoking, no pet policy anywhere on the grounds, evidence of pets or smoking could result in cancellation of your remaining stay, and or a cleaning and damage fee.

Elise S.Great Condo-Amazing location
We have rented this unit a couple years in a row and we love it. The first time was before they remodeled. It was outdated but we were there for the beach not the condo. Then we came in after it was remodeled. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. It is so spacious compared to other condos and the lanai is HUGE. Our kids love it too. We are close enough to walk to Times Square if we want to, but far enough away from the crazy hectic beach.

Robin S.Worst experience in 20+ yrs (first time staying in this particular unit)
We have been staying at EsteroBeachClub for 20+ years and this was the worst (and only bad) experience we’ve ever had there. It was our first time staying in this particular unit. The condo reeked of mold which was visible on and under carpet. Mildewed rags in kitchen closet and under kitchen sink. Filth hanging off the blades on the bedroom ceiling fan. Lanai floor, chairs and table had black on them. Main issue was the mold which was so bad it caused asthma for 2 members of our family. Owner refused to refund. We were forced to move and pay for another unit owned by someone else. If I could give negative stars I would. Our vacation was ruined.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The pool is right next to the beach and has a hot tub. The pool has plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs for tanning. This unit has a queen bed in one BR and twins in the other. Kitchen was well enough equipped and the balcony was screened. The furniture was beachy and well kept. We loved it and will no doubt return next time in SW Florida!! Sure beats the high prices you'd pay at the hotels on the beach !!
