We had a wonderful stay at Cathie’s condo! This unit is exceptionally clean and the location is in the middle of the booming Cape Coral center! We were in building 10 which is 40 steps to the resort style pool, hot tub and club house. There are tennis and pickle ball courts, a golf driving net and a basketball goal. It is billed as a boating community and I love to sit on the lanai drinking my morning coffee and watch the boats float through the canal and head to the area beaches and hot spots. I am a golfer and like to visit the many area courses. There are hundreds of area restaurants to visit. We have already planned our return trip to our HAPPY PLACE!

We have had the pleasure of renting this condo for the past 7 years for the months of Feb, March and April. Cathie has been exceptional as a host in making our stay enjoyable. The condo is beautifully decorated and very cozy. It is our home away from home as it is very close to pool and clubhouse. The condo is sufficiently stocked and ready for visitors. We have enjoyed our stays and the friendly atmosphere of Island Cove.

This beautiful condo in Cape Coral, Florida has been our winter getaway for the last 7 years! We love the area and especially the condo and the complex. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It’s very close to the pool and all of the activities at the club house. The location is perfect with 2 grocery stores and literally hundreds of first class restaurants to try. There’s quite a few golf courses in the surrounding areas, also! We really love this HAPPY PLACE!
