This is a very well equipped and spacious 2nd floor condo with cathedral ceiling in the living room/dining room area. The condo is tiled throughout and features fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one shower and one bathtub), breakfast bar, formal dining area, and a spacious and comfortable living room, laundry room, and one assigned parking spot. The specious master bedroom offers a king size bed with walk in closet and a master bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. You will find extra beach chairs and a beach umbrella stored in the utility room. Enjoy morning coffee on a screened lanai.

Winterpark offers a casual and relaxing atmosphere. It is beautifully maintained with lots of greenery and vegetation. It offers one of the largest swimming pools in Naples, bocce court, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as bicycle/walking path right behind the condo. The resort-like heated community pool is known for its pristine water quality. The pool has a clubhouse with many activities and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs.

It's a great option for a peaceful, nature-filled ride.
2. Baker Park: This park recently opened with wide, paved walking and biking paths, boardwalks overlooking the Gordon River, and other amenities like playgrounds and picnic areas. It's a great place to escape busy roads and enjoy a quiet, scenic bike ride.
3. Clam Pass Park: Located near the Naples Grande Beach Resort, this park features shady mangrove tunnels and a boardwalk, perfect for a relaxing bike ride. It's a popular spot for both locals and visitors.
Miniature golf, Botanical Garden, the Zoo, Celebration Park - permanent food truck ally in the Bayshore Arts section - are within minutes from this condo.

We are just 10 minutes to the beach, shelling boat tours, deep sea fishing, and dinner cruises at the public dock. Golfing, shopping on beautiful 5th Avenue, downtown Naples, and many restaurants are close by, not to mention the sunsets on the white sandy beach.

This was our second visit to Naples and we returned to Edy’s condo as it was perfect for our needs. Edy is very responsive and accommodating and a wonderful host.The condo has everything you need to include all kinds of beach items, racquets for tennis and pickleball. It is airy and spacious and easily supports four people. There is a washer and dryer which is very handy. We really enjoyed using the front screened porch for meals. Bring a small table to use. The kitchen is well supplied with just about everything you could need. Oh and the coffee maker produces great coffee!Included with the condo association is the pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and bocce ball courts. The pool is large with many chairs and events! Play Bingo if you get a chance! There are BIG prizes! (PS: I’m not a Bingo player, but it was fun!)The condo is in the perfect location. Even though you have to drive to the beach, it is nearby. We really enjoyed Clam Pass Beach. The 5th Ave South strip is nearby where there are great restaurants, shops, and many high end cars; can you say Bentley and Rolls Royce?! Old Naples is fun too with more shops and Jane’s Café on Third, a great brunch spot. We also recommend Ridgeway for dinner in Old Naples. Take advantage of boat rides out of Tin City, a fun shopping area. And . . . the National Pickleball Center is about 15 minutes away.Did I miss anything? We had a great time and will certainly consider another visit.

Stayed here for a month. Great place!!! The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything you could possibly need. Very close to downtown Naples, Tin City and 5th Ave. The pool area is amazing. Edy the owner was great!! Easy to contact and very responsive to questions or concerns. Thanks Edy for a great stay. Would definitely come back.
