From our comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the Gulf you can hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze. This end unit provides a breath taking view of the Gulf from the balcony, living /dining area, kitchen & master suite. The pool is currently under construction from damage by Hurricane Ian, but is slated to open soon. Renters visiting with us before the pool opens will receive a discount, and the ocean is always there for your enjoyment!
The living/dining area sliding doors and kitchen pass through allows a view of the beach through the whole condo. The kitchen is newly remodeled with quartz countertops and new cupboards and appliances. It is fully equipped to provide you with all the comforts of home. There are ceiling fans throughout, including in the kitchen. We’ve tried to think of everything – sufficient quantities of dishes, glasses and cutlery.
The primary suite overlooks the Gulf, pool (under construction) and palm trees. There is a sitting area, king bed, night stands, large walk-in closet, empty chest of drawers and dresser, TV, private bath and door to the balcony.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. There is a dresser, night stand, full size closet.
There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Please note: The Estero Beach Club has a non-refundable Registration Fee of $100 for stays of 7 to 13 days and $150 for stays of 14 days or longer. The Registration Fee is not included in the taxable amount. Once your reservation is confirmed you will be put in contact with the on-site rental manager who will forward a rental application. Unique Benefits
The location on the beach is perfect, being far enough away from Times Square to avoid the crowds and close enough to walk to the area and enjoy the restaurants and other activities.
The white sugar sand is great for all kinds of beach activities.
The waves from the Gulf are generally mild with no undertow making this one of the safest beaches in Florida.
The sunsets are magnificent. Most evenings the residents walk down to the beach just to experience the spectacular colors.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love being able to play on the expansive white sand beach and be steps away from enjoying the Club pool. Parents love being able to enjoy the beach or Club pool while being able to watch their children at play. Very few sites have beach front pools (under construction)
It is a short walk to rent bicycles, wave runners, pontoon boats and go para-sailing.
We are located just 1 mile south of the pier and within walking distance of numerous restaurants & shops.
Jet ski and parasailing rentals are available on the beach. The island trolley (75 cents) stops at the Estero Beach Club and runs the 7 mile length of the island to Bonita Springs. Dinner, pirate and gambling cruises, and fishing charters are nearby. Off the beach you can tour historic landmarks, museums, parks, and nature preserves. Numerous golf courses are within a short driving distance
The main attraction is the beach. It is a pleasant stroll to the boardwalk with its restaurants, bars, and other attractions including parasailing, and wave running. Across the street an excellent park with a large public pool, ball fields and disk golf course.
Visit the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford winter homes in Ft. Myers. Edison built a winter home and laboratory in Ft Myers and his close friend, Henry Ford, built a residence on the adjacent lot. You can tour their homes, and gardens, and Edison’s laboratory and museum. The property is well maintained and interesting to all ages. It is 15 miles from the beach at 2350 McGregor Blvd. Look for the giant banyan tree while you are there.
The Mound House is a short distance away from the condo. It is a restored house museum atop an ancient Calusa Indian shell mound, with artifacts & cultural programs. 451 Connecticut St, Fort Myers Beach.

The Estero Beach Club has a nonrefundable Registration fee of $100 for stays of 7 to 13 days and $200 for stays of 2 weeks or longer. The Registration fee is not included in the taxable amount. The 11.5% tax applies only the the rent.
To address Covid - 19 concerns, prior to your arrival the condo will be disinfected per CDC recommendations and State of Florida directives. This will include fogging all area of the condo including the lanai, closets, cupboards, and drawers. All sheets, towels, utensils, cookware, and surfaces will be sanitized.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, some exceptions may be available
Sleeps 6 but maximum 4 people over age of 12. $100/week/addition person 12 yrs or less (Maximum 6, only 4 over 12 yrs)

A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

We enjoyed this condo. Location is ideal for the beach. Space was adequate for 2 bedroom. Just be aware one of the bedrooms windows faces the hallway and light does shine in through the shutters -also the elevator is right outside the window but it doesn’t go very often due to few condos on the floor. That’s the other nice part there are just 6 condos on each floor. Very accommodating place - we have rebooked!

This is Paradise; every single items listed was available and we did not want for anything!!! Gorgeous views, fabulous pool and love the idea that you can hear and see the ocean while resting by the pool. Peg’s ideas’s, tips and communication were perfect!!! The trolley was a huge bonus; we’d walk down to the park at the end with the turtles and take the trolley back. Perfect sunsets and perfect walk in to town. Our vacation was a 12 out of 10!!

Spent lovely 2 weeks in this condo. Great location, walking distance to Times Square & many restaurants, bars & shops. Condo ist clean & very well equipped. The property is well maintained. Enjoyed many evenings outside on terrace with BBQ. Direct access to the beach with fine white sand is very convenient. We can definitely recommend this place.

Peggy and staff, Sonja and Marti, could not have been kinder and more accommodating! Booked on short notice, all went out of their way to make our wonderful vacation happen! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had the most amazing views from nearly every window. The photos on the listing are just as it is! We enjoyed our balcony views every morning, the pool was one of the nicest we have seen, the beach and sand were stunning- the whitest and softest sand I've ever walked on! This was our first time visiting the Gulf side and we're hooked. We dined at many local restaurants and found it convenient to be able to walk to a few of them, right around the corner off of the beach. The entire condo complex was always extremely clean and very well kept. Just being able to view the ocean from the pool and condo was very relaxing. Peggy- thank you so much for your generosity. From the ease of booking to going the extra mile making sure we felt at home and were aware of all the area has to offer. Directions to local grocery stores, attractions, and tips and tricks. Hi we are just arrived back in England after a great week in Pegs Paradise. The unit has everything we needed . It's very spacious and clean with lots of little items that made it feel like our home on the beach. The views are stunning and the pool and beach very special. Peg’s Paradise was great and has all the accommodations a family needs. The condo was in great shape and very clean. The pool is right next to the ocean and is maintained well. The Condo is located in a great spot close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Peg is very responsive and it was a pleasure renting from her. I will be returning to Peg’s Paradise in the future. My only regret is staying for one week...next time will stay for a longer period of time.Thanks!! Pete R

Besides the view, the quick beach access, the fun rec center across the street, there is nearby putt putt golf for the kids, and better yet, they can feed the gators! There are great restaurants that are within walking distance. Go to Mom's and be really hungry for a delicious breakfast, and Mr. Tequila just down the road has good food, great specials and is reasonably priced. A place you will want to go back to again and again.

We had a wonderful time in Peg's condo. The condo was very nice and clean and looked like the provided photos. The condo is directly located at the beach with a very nice view on the ocean. The coomunication with Peg was very good. She always provided a prompt answer on our questions. Additionally she provided us with a lot of information which places we can visit in the surroundings who can be interesting for us. When we come back to Fort Myers I will definitely contact Peg for spending the time in her condo. The time was really a dream...
