We stayed last year and stayed on the 13th floor which has a fabulous view. Access was not a problem since there are multiple elevators which run continuously from the covered parking to the unit. It is just a short walk to the beach and pool. My wife was recovering from a broken ankle in January and had no problems whatsoever. The unit has everything needed for your stay. We plan on coming back in the fall of 2026. Two other notes, Betty is great to deal with and although the assigned spaces are covered, the entrance is very narrow into the garage. We brought a QX 80 and it was a little tight. I was glad I did not drive my dually.

We’ve stayed here a couple of years now and love the location. The 13th floor is a great view for spotting dolphins. And the condo is right across the street from Lillian’s pizza, a great place to eat. Betty has been a wonderful host and we will likely book with her again.
