***The boat slip can accommodate up to a 25-foot craft: you will need to notify us if you are bringing a boat. When you make your final payment, remind us about your boat and we will contact the harbormaster and get you a code to access the dock and the assigned boat slip number. The condo association requires proof of registration and insurance that must be received prior to gaining access to the slip.
***Boat trailers CANNOT be stored on site. Please make arrangements ahead of time at a local storage facility.

*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.
