1000 sq. ft. Our condo is fully equipped for a weekly vacation or a long stay with all the conveniences and comfort of back home - including new beds, linens, furnishings, and appliances.
This 2nd floor condo features high ceilings and a lanai that overlooks the pool and picnic areas. The pool area has a beautiful waterfall and a relaxing hot tub. The building is also equipped with an elevator, so no climbing stairs required!
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and offers a large closet and luxurious bathroom with a Jack and Jill sink. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a desk in case if you need to catch up on some work. The well-appointed second bathroom features a bathtub, hairdryer, and a washer and dryer.
The living room has a TV with basic Cable and Amazon Fire Stick and complementary Netflix. Free Wifi also included.
You will find everything that you need to cook a meal, including spices, oil, etc. We provide cookware, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils.
4 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a beach umbrella are conveniently provided for your beach going adventures.
This is a Non-Smoking and a No Pet Condo. Smokers are welcome to step outside into a Tiki picnic area.

If the Pool Key is lost during your visit, you will be charged a fifty ($50) dollar replacement fee. Cleaning fee - $150
We are only a 15-minute drive from Naples and the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island. We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super cozy. We really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and spending time by the pool. The location was perfect for exploring Naples and Marco Island, and having beach gear provided was a nice bonus. WiFi and streaming options were solid, and the host made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

My family really enjoyed staying here. We loved the accessibility of the pool & hottub (it was very clean!). We also made great use of the kitchen which was stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need. Anna was also very helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely be coming back.
