1056 sq. ft.Our condo(REG#20-0047) is located at the highly desirable Estero Beach Club located on Fort Myers beach. The condo's views are second to none with a gorgeous view of the beach, the gulf of Mexico as well as the pool( the pool is currently closed until and estimated date of April 5th) and beautiful palm trees. Our condo just went through a down to the studs remodel. All the furniture is brand new!! The overall condo complex and pool are second to none in the area. The grounds are meticulously kept and the pool is fabulous as it sits right on the beach allowing you to enjoy the views of the water while hanging out at the pool. The location is perfect as its about a mile to town so it is very much in walking distance but just far enough away from town so that you can relax in peace and quiet away from the crowds. You wont be disappointed if you choose to stay with us for your next vacation!!

The Estero Beach Club has the best location on Fort Myers Beach. We are far enough from the pier and Times Square area to be away from the crowds, but close enough to walk there quickly. There are restaurants within walking distance, and many restaurants in the area including the fresh catch that is just a short walk down the beach.The Beach "Trolley" stops by the Club, so you don't have to get behind the wheel at all if you don't want too.

Fort Myers beach is famous for its white powdery sands and its laid back attitude. The Estero Beach club is in best location on the island. It is situated right on the beach with its spectacular pool that is right next to the beach. The club is also located about a mile from the center of town so you are close enough to walk but far enough from the crowds. There is a Publix supermarket a mile to the South.
Many bars and restarurants, the Library and the town recreation center is across the street and is equipped with tennis courts , pickle ball courts and many other activity based opportunities.

The condo association charges an application fee of $100 for any stay between 7 to 13 days. They charge a fee of $150 for any stay of 14 days or longer. This fee is not taxed by the state or county. This fee is non-refundable and is due when you send in the agreement to the managers office.

Tim B.Great Ft. Myers Beach Condo experience
My wife and I spent 10 days at this Estero Beach Club condo. The condition and set up was exactly as described. Everything in very good shape. Very well stocked with pool and beach necessities. View from the balcony was awesome. The location of Estero Beach Club is excellent. You are out of the traffic crunch near the bridge but easily walkable to the bars and restaurants in that area. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 8 days and we absolutely loved it.. We usually stay at the north end, but decided to try something different, and we are so glad we did. The condo has awesome views!! Everything we needed the owners had..and very clean. Marti, the property manager, was kind and always there to answer any questions we had. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool area always clean and well taken care of. I cannot explain the gorgeous sunsets we experienced from the pool area or our lanai every night. The condo was perfect. It is right on the beach and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The unit is well stocked with everything you need and is spotless. The location is very close to restaurants and there is a Publix right down the street. We were there to play golf and there are plenty of courses to chose from within a short distance. We will definitely be returning next year.
