1700 sq. ft. This non-smoking and pet-free Venice Island Florida home is located in the highly desirable Golden Beach neighborhood, one block away from the tropical and unique beaches of Venice Island on the Gulf of Mexico. It is only a short stroll from the house to the private beach; the public beach is only a mile away. If golf is on your agenda then plan on heading out to the beautiful public golf course on 'the Island' which is located just one mile south of the house.
Approximately one mile north of the home, Venice Avenue invites you to shop in its quaint and unique little boutiques or enjoy the delicious island cuisine in one of the many inviting restaurants and cafes.
Our vacation home has three tastefully furnished bedrooms (one king size bed & four new full-sized memory foam beds), 2 bathrooms(one with a bathtub), a beautiful sun-filled living and dining room, modern kitchen and utility room. Walk out the back slider, sit in the screened lanai or swim in the 28 x14 heated salt water pool with the cool dolphin handrail.
FRIENDLY REMINDER - We are a pet and smoke free home. Maximum 2 cars in driveway. RVs, campers and boats are not permitted on the property.
Large gatherings or parties/weddings are not permitted.

This is a lovely well kept home that is in a great location near a private beach as well as close to the Downtown area. The pool and tiki hut area are just perfect for staying cool and relaxing. The owners have done a good job providing everything you need for a great vacation!

The location of this home was amazing. Close to the beach, bike trails and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Host provided beach chairs and parking permit to private beach. The pool and Florida room were the best! Pool is on west side of home, so you get sun for most of the day. House was equipped with everything we needed to stay for 30 days (kitchen and laundry). Host was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable home located 1/2 mile to a private beach and 1 mile to town. The home is equipped with everything you could need for vacation including beach chairs. We really enjoyed grilling on the propane grill and eating on the lanai. You can't go wrong staying here.

My husband Andy grew up two blocks away from this beautiful classical Venice Florida house and for him it‘s like returning home. We rented several other houses on Venice Island but this is by far our favourite. This house has everything you could wish for. You can walk to private Golden Beach, relax at the pool in a beautiful garden. The night lighting in the garden is impressive. The location of the house in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal. This was our third stay here and we are looking forward for many more. Thanks Lisa and Ralf for sharing your cozy house with us.

John and Nina I.Perfect vacation home with beautiful pool and grounds
This is a comfortable, well equipped, and well maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. The beautiful pool, screened lanai and private back yard makes it a perfect place for our family vacation. It has access to a private beach within walking distance and several public beaches nearby. The area has plentiful shopping and many excellent restaurants.The owner is very responsive and great to work with. We have stayed here many years and plan to return again.
