1100 sq. ft. The Island's End Resort Complex has been fully restored after Hurricane Ian and the beach in front of the complex has been refurbished. This fully updated beachfront condo provides the best of both...a large beach overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, and because Island's End is the most southern building on the island, it also overlooks San Carlos Pass and Lover's Key State Park.
From your screened lanai, enjoy the beauty of sunsets and watch local boaters travelling in and out of the Pass. Be lulled to sleep listening to the waves from the master bedroom with 2 sliders. This condo was fully renovated in 2016 and new flooring and carpeting added in 2020 with additional updates in 2024. It also includes an assigned covered parking spot. Our unit is located on the third floor. If you look at the first photo, you will see an arrow pointing to our unit.
The location is ideal, since it is the last complex on the island it offers an easy southern exit off Fort Myers Beach and quick access to Bonita Beach, Naples, Estero, Fort Myers; and, of course, all the amenities that Fort Myers Beach offers. Park your car and use the Trolley.
This condo has a king-master suite. The bathroom has been fully renovated with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a fully renovated bathroom with tub. The great room contains all new furniture including a queen-size sofa bed. If and when you choose to use the fully-stocked kitchen, you will enjoy the experience: granite countertops, chef's island, stainless steel appliances and all the cooking and serving utensils you will need. Serve your guests drinks and appetizers at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Then enjoy the dinner you prepared at the dining room table that seats six or eat at the table on the lanai. There is a big-screen HD TV in the great room and TV's in both bedrooms with Direct TV and Roku for the guest bedroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.
What makes Islands End unique? This complex offers so many amenities: a heated pool with a tiki hut, gas grills, fishing pier, large beach at your door and Lover's Key State Park within walking distance. Island's End complex has been completely redone since Hurricane Ian. The building has been re-painted, the pool and deck completely redone with all new pool furniture. It is truly a resort atmosphere. There are two elevators in the building. The complex is fully ADA Compliant. The Island's End complex consists of three buildings and two heated pools.
Please note: a bridge is being built south of the complex and there may be noise at times from the construction during the work week.
Fort Myers Beach is in the heart of Southwest Florida which offers so much from shell-rich Sanibel, restaurants and shops in Naples, beaches of Bonita Beach, history of Fort Myers to include the Edison and Ford Estates, and of course the beautiful beaches and nightlife of Fort Myers Beach to include the newly opened Margaritaville. Anglers can take fishing charters to the Gulf or the back waters of Estero Bay. Enjoy the newly renovated Publix Grocery and Beach Library.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. If reservations are being made within the 30-day period, the full amount is due at booking. Payment may be made via Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. If paying by credit card on PayPal, a 3% service charge will be added. For monthly renters, we accept a monthly or quarterly payment plan to assist with budgeting.
There is a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 for first-time renters. The fee will be returned after check-out once cleaners confirm no damage has occurred. Monthly renters do not need to put down a damage deposit.
Check in is 3:00 p.m.; check out is 9:30 a.m.
Once reservation is made, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your signature. Arrival instructions will be emailed including parking spot information and key codes the week of your arrival.
Condo accommodates a total of 6 people. Renter must be over 25 years of age. No pets or smoking allowed.

I can't say enough good things about our stay with Holly and Skip. Working with two friendly and helpful people made our vacation that much more relaxing. If you are looking for a condo on the quiet side of Fort Myers that has it all, this is your place. Even the construction from the bridge didn't deter from this vacation at all. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay again.

If you want the quiet side of Fort Myers Beach, this is the place to be. The condominium was clean, comfortable and beautiful all the necessities you might need in the kitchen or at your fingertips ample supply of beach towels, short walk to the beautiful pool and not to mention a short walk to the beach. It was very convenient to have our parking place under the building. The hosts Skip and Holly were very cooperative with all aspects of the transaction. Thank you both was a great time very relaxing and hopefully we’ll set something up for spring of 2026.

This Condo is situated on the quiet end of Ft Myers beach (Estero Island). Perfect for couples and families. My wife and I stayed here for several years following the Boston Red Sox and Atlanta Braves spring training events. We also enjoyed the the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the many great restaurants and entertainment venues. The host (Holly M.) is very helpful answering questions. Holly gave us an advance tour to make us feel confident that it would meet our needs. This condo will not disappoint. It's worth every penny. I hope to return.

The coastal decorations were gorgeous We had an outstanding time & enjoyed the area very much...the walks on the beach, the quiet surroundings & the wildlife. We saw many dolphins & birds! My biggest pleasure was when 2 Roseate Spoonbills flew in & were there most of the weekend. Fort Myers Beach is my happy place. The only downfall was ....the rain that stayed as long as we did

We rented the Ft. Myers beach condo for July-2025. Had the most relaxing experience. Holly was an excellent host. Everything was well organized and no surprises. If we ever had any questions, she would immediately respond within seconds. The condo was amazing. Wonderful views and would even see dolphins swimming daily. Quiet atmosphere and lots to do in the area only 20 minutes away from Naples or other shopping malls close by. Looking forward to returning again next summer. Enrique Villaronga

RICH S.Fantastic Stay! Best Vacation ever!
This place had everything we needed already supplied! Full kitchen with all the pots, pans and everything else you need, even a coffee pot and grinder! A Publix supermarket was nearby making it easy to stock up the fridge. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable too. We slept like logs. The room also has a balcony with a spectacular view of the beach. We had our morning coffee and evening wine out there. The beach is quiet and perfect for walking, fishing or shelling. There is a storage locker with beach toys and chairs too if needed. There is also a very nice swimming pool that we used many times. Across the street there is a fishing pier that can be used as well (I caught a catfish). The owners were very friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. We will be back for sure! We highly recommend this great vacation spot!

We rented Islands End for quite a few years before hurricane Ian came to visit. Loved it! The south end of Ft Myers Beach is quiet and the condo was perfect with a huge beach.Will definitely return!
