Beach Sanctuary Condo

Beautiful views of the Gulf await you! Enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and a stunning sunset from the balcony. Watch the pelicans and other sea birds in the sanctuary below and catch a glimpse of dolphins!

We are thrilled to be back online after Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022, and to welcome you back to our beach sanctuary; the Pool is open and the beach in front of our condo is almost completely renourished. The island remains under construction and is being rebuilt, but restaurants, bars and the Publix grocery store are a short drive away. Santini Plaza is right across the street and new restaurants and shops are now open, with more on the horizon.

Our balcony overlooks the Gulf’s sunsets and the island’s bird and turtle sanctuary. Just steps from the building are seven miles of pristine beach for you to explore. Enjoy time sitting in the sand with a book, taking a leisurely stroll, or collecting seashells. Our favorite activity in the area is paddle boarding in Lovers Key State Park, just a mile south of the condo.

You will also have access to the onsite outdoor pool, tennis courts, and brand-new pickle ball courts.

We are happy to provide linens, kitchenware, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler, as well as soaps and laundry essentials. In the event you want to stay inside, there are books, games, highspeed Wi-Fi, and a 50” smart TV with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other apps (for those with accounts).
We take extra steps to assure cleanliness and your safety while you are here and disinfect the condo’s, furnishings, kitchenware, and beach paraphernalia. All linens are changed with each guest.

During our downtime, we took the opportunity to make some updates to our condo, including all new cabinets, stone countertops, and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen.

Area Information

Situated south of Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park provides access to picturesque trails and beaches. A few miles north of the accommodation lies Times Square, a central hub in Fort Myers Beach known for its vibrant atmosphere. Immediate amenities include shopping and restaurants across the street, and the popular Tuesday and Thursday Farmers Market.
