“Tidesong” was completed in late 2024. This property is bay front on North Cape San Blas. The private dock extends into St Joseph Bay with plenty of room for your boat or personal watercraft. The home was designed with an abundance of windows so to enjoy the spectacular sunrises over the bay. Features include an elevator for your less mobile guests, a private heated pool w/firepit seating area, a fanciful putting green and sleeping capacity for up to fourteen guests. Pets are considered.
The Bay is a magical fifteen by six mile stretch of marine wonder. A coffee and some quiet patience at the end of the dock will reveal a parade of sea life. Boat rentals can be arranged to extend your adventure. Play on the sand bars hunting for scallops, conch shells and sea horses then motor across the bay to the town of Port St Joe to have lunch and enjoy some shopping. Once back at the dock, cool off in the pool, challenge the group to a putting tournament and settle in for the sunset while enjoying stories around the fire pit.
This property is tucked in just north of the Hibiscus development and is accessed via a private drive. Just across Cape San Blas Road is the untapped beauty of Rish Park. The pristine white sand beaches of the Gulf are just a short walk through the beautiful dunes or a quick hop through the park entrance. Rish Park is designated to provide recreational opportunities for people with disabilities. The park offers mobility equipment and ADA access to the beach.
Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.
