This 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home includes: An open concept floorplan on two levels, a large back deck off of the first floor with a gas grill, and plenty of parking.

The Space:
The first floor includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, a separate dining area, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Two balconies: One balcony on the front of the home and one large balcony off the kitchen with gas grill. A living room area with a 42" flat screen HD TV and a half bath. A master bedroom with a king size bed and Private bathroom.

The second floor includes: Three bedrooms with a total of two queen-size beds and two twin-size beds. Two full-size bathrooms. An open loft for entertainment with a 42" HD TV, two full size futon beds, and a balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Visit the Navarre Beach Marine Park or The Navarre Beach fishing Pier and walk along the white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax at the beach and dine at one of the local restaurants nearby.
