AngelThis place was absolutely perfect!! It was exactly the way the pictures looked and she described it . The place has everything you need . Walk to beach is 8 minutes but you can rent a bike very inexpensive and make it there in 2 minutes. The pool was beautiful, the surroundings were stunning . Private beach , and chairs were ready for us each day! We have found our new place and will be back !!!

ChristyWe will definitely be back! The location is tops. Having the beach chair and umbrella service was so important for us since that’s where most of the time was spent! Great location for biking to grocery stores, restaurants and even to Rosemary.

AnastassiyaI had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly communicative—always timely and thorough in their responses. The house itself was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and aesthetically pleasing. I came for a filming project, and the host went above and beyond by offering a variety of helpful suggestions along with warm, enthusiastic support. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Highly recommend!

MandyLovely place, compact but had everything we needed and beautiful view of the lake. Sandra’s place was clean and well stocked. Convenient to Publix for groceries, close to some good restaurants, and of course, a quick walk to the pools and beach. Would stay again if we’re back in town.

KishaWe made a last minute decision to start and extend our stay. The condo just so happened to be available and Sandra made it happen with ease. I will add that the laundry room is on the fourth floor (credit card use). The pool we used is massive (to left of condo). Bed & pillows were comfortable & that’s a plus for me! Balcony is nicely sized with love seat & 2 chairs, 4 backpack beach chairs, & chest of toys for kiddos. If you walk past the pool into the housing to the 1st beach access that’s the fastest route to the beach & make sure to have beach access code she sends you. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Two beach chairs with an umbrella was there for us every single day as described. She provides trash bags, Clorox, cleaning wipes, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, six full-size soft towels, washcloths, hand towels, and a bath mat. We brought extra supplies, of course. We stayed 7 days & 6 nights. We highly recommend staying with Sandra and we will be back next year.! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

AshleyTo be honest, this is perfect rental for a couple. If you have extra guests with you then I wouldn’t choose to stay here. I believe this is listed as a one bedroom. However, there is not a bedroom. There is NOT a bedroom door. I would describe this as a studio with a bedroom area. We didn’t like the lack a privacy considering we had an extra person. We were not given the correct code to get in the rental when we arrived. I will say the host was very quick to respond and resolved the issue. When we decided to pull out the extra bedding for our guest. There wasn’t any provided. However I do believe it was just a mistake and they quickly delivered it to our rental. We LOVED the location. Truly the best part. I would absolutely stay here again if it were just my husband and I.

BrianThe unit was updated and as being an electrician, I can appreciate the upgrades. ( Maybe a dimmer for the bedroom and living room lights. The building itself has to be attended to. (Stairway lights not working and cleanliness.) The walk to beach is a few blocks. If I'm traveling alone next winter, I will check out this place again. Thanks for the great communication.
