2000 sq. ft. Conway House is a fantastic family holiday home situated in a private location in Sun terrace, part of Old Naples. Whilst the house is central (only 5 mins drive to the beach and to the Coastland shopping centre) it is in a very quiet residential area and backs onto a beautiful lagoon.
The villa is single story and is very convenient for the elderly or the very young.
It also has a well appointed kitchen (granite counter tops and modern appliances), shower rooms, internal decoration and new pool and patio.
All of the four double bedrooms are spacious with en suite facilities and the master bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe. the bedroom configuration is three double beds and one room with two single beds.
The house has HD TV throughout and 300MBPS internet. We have a 55" TV in the living room for good viewing!
If you like good food, great beaches, abundant golf and a great location, Conway House is the place to stay.

Conway House is located in Sun Terrace which is a centrally located area within Naples. It is a peaceful family area.
Conway House is about 6 blocks North of the Coastland Centre - as such shopping and eating opportunities are firmly within walking distance.
The beach itself is also close by - around a five minute drive to Park Shore, very convenient.
Downtown Naples / Tin City is around 7 minutes drive - so all of the restaurants are very close.

My family and I stayed at Conway House for the month of September 2026. We were late to arrive and Rob was wonderfully flexible allowing us to stay a little later and make up for it. While we were there his local agent was readily available and swiftly responsive. In the entire month we were there we had the tiniest issue with an outside garbage bin not being available. He responded quickly with a solution. We had no other issues the entire month.The house itself is absolutely beautiful. The lay out is perfect for absolutely any group vacation imaginable! The bathroom and bedroom configurations is perfect for groups of all ages. As a Mom, nurse and caregiver, I can say the Queen room with the “ adjoining ” 2 twin room that is separated by a full bathroom with double sinks, is the absolute perfect set up for children, or in laws/ grandparents. The Master is perfect in every way! Then the best part, the Queen room, off the washroom, just as you enter the back door, is SO private! It’s perfect for the teen or young couple that likes to come in later and not disturb anyone. If you brought a Nanny or Grand parent and they’ve been with the kids all day and need to completely remove themselves, this is truly perfect!The house is stocked with everything and anything you could want or need! From pool floats, and baby strollers, to linens, pots and pans, kitchen gadgets… everything imaginable. If it’s not there there is a Publix and a mall just down the street. The location is perfect and close to everything.The pool and the sunsets are to die for! There are no words to accurately describe the sunsets and the view over the lagoon behind the house. We definitely took advantage of the pool and the amount of sun it receives!Our stay at Conway House was nothing short of fabulous! I will absolutely be recommending it to others that frequent the area!

My wife and I have rented the Conway House for February and March for the last few years, and we hope to continue that arrangement for many years to come. The house is in an ideal location to beaches, shopping, restaurants and downtown. It is spacious and very “livable.” The lanai, which encloses the pool, provides both sun and shade, and allows us to enjoy our meals outdoors, especially with the gas barbecue grill right there. Best of all, perhaps, is the ownership-management team, which quickly responds to any questions or requests.
