2000 sq. ft. Conway House is a fantastic family holiday home situated in a private location in Sun terrace, part of Old Naples. Whilst the house is central (only 5 mins drive to the beach and to the Coastland shopping centre) it is in a very quiet residential area and backs onto a beautiful lagoon.
The villa is single story and is very convenient for the elderly or the very young.
It also has a well appointed kitchen (granite counter tops and modern appliances), shower rooms, internal decoration and new pool and patio.
All of the four double bedrooms are spacious with en suite facilities and the master bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe. the bedroom configuration is three double beds and one room with two single beds.
The house has HD TV throughout and 300MBPS internet. We have a 55" TV in the living room for good viewing!
If you like good food, great beaches, abundant golf and a great location, Conway House is the place to stay.

Conway House is located in Sun Terrace which is a centrally located area within Naples. It is a peaceful family area.
Conway House is about 6 blocks North of the Coastland Centre - as such shopping and eating opportunities are firmly within walking distance.
The beach itself is also close by - around a five minute drive to Park Shore, very convenient.
Downtown Naples / Tin City is around 7 minutes drive - so all of the restaurants are very close.

My wife and I have rented the Conway House for February and March for the last few years, and we hope to continue that arrangement for many years to come. The house is in an ideal location to beaches, shopping, restaurants and downtown. It is spacious and very “livable.” The lanai, which encloses the pool, provides both sun and shade, and allows us to enjoy our meals outdoors, especially with the gas barbecue grill right there. Best of all, perhaps, is the ownership-management team, which quickly responds to any questions or requests.
