Other features include, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, WIFI and large balcony with table and chairs and fabulous sunset views. Only 7 min walk to beach with wagon & chairs conveniently provided in storage room just outside your front door storage room.

Community boasts NEW EVERYTHING after Hurricane Ian in 2022. New screens, new doors on building, new railings, newly refurbished heated pool and decking and hot tub and activity center. Across the street is our private park "Bay Beach Commons" which use to be a golf course and now includes pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, golf practice facility, walking & biking path with tiki huts for rest and shade all for owners and guests. Our private deeded beach access is 7 min walking across Estero Blvd called the EBIA (Estero Bay Island Access). We would really like renters that are looking for 2-3+months during the peak season of January-April. Thank you.

There is a CVS within walking distance with food and beverages. There is a Publix on the island about mid-island with 2 restaurants in the same area (Junkanoo & Fresh Catch Bistro).

**The Farmers Market comes to Santini Plaza every Tues and Thurs from 9-1pm with local produce, shopping & food trucks. The Beach Theater just got approved and will be a new restaurant coming soon! The old Wyndham Resort just got demolished and plans for a possible new tiki restaurant/pool bar are in the works.

Beach is waking distance and owners in this area have access (It's called the EBIA access) stands for Estero Beach Island Access. You will see an abundance of dolphins and pelicans and tropical life. Pool area also has complimentary noodles to use. Please put them away when done using.

Mid island is a Publix Grocery Store and 2 restaurants behind Publix.

The closest restaurants are Flippers on the Bay at Lovers Key Resort and mid-island on the back bay is the casual Junkanoo on the Bay Restaurant and upscale Fresh Catch Seafood Restaurant which have a great Happy Hour specials.

On the North side of the Island is the many restaurants and live music in Times Square along with the public beach and bars.

Naples Paddle Boarding & Kayaking are in Bonita Springs ready for your adventures with them off South side of the island.

Docs Beach House is CROWDED WITH CARS FOR SUNSET VIEWING EVERY NIGHT...but all YOU need to do is take your beach wagon and chairs and bottle of wine for front row seats of the most gorgeous sunsets....walk through your private EBIA deeded beach access without the crowds (see picture of access I provided) of this area steps to the beach. I guarantee you will also spot a dolphin frolicking in the ocean in front of your eyes, blue herons, exotic birds, and my favorite, the pelicans looking for dinner! Beach living at it's finest.
