Our property features a king bed in master suite along with a desk for your laptop and a chest of drawers and 2 nightstands each with USB charging, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in guest bedroom along with living room queen sofa bed and comfortable, power recliner for relaxation.
Other features include, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, WIFI and large balcony with table and chairs and fabulous sunset views. Only 7 min walk to beach with wagon & chairs conveniently provided in storage room just outside your front door by elevator.
Community boasts so many NEW THINGS after Hurricane Ian in 2022. New refurbished elevators, new screens in complex, new doors on building, new railings, new walkways, new refurbished heated pool and decking, new chairs around pool, new carpet in activity center.
Across the street is our private park "Bay Beach Commons" which use to be a golf course and now includes pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, golf practice facility, walking & biking paths with tiki huts for rest and shade for owners and guests. (Code for court access provided 72 hours before stay)
Our private deeded beach access is 7 min walking across Estero Blvd called the EBIA (Estero Bay Island Access). See pic provided. We love our condo and location and we hope you will, too.

You can see the Gulf of America from the kitchen while doing dishes and sitting on the couch and the Sanibel Causeway on a clear day from our balcony and occasionally spot manatees & dolphins in the canals below.
Santini Plaza is easy 6-8 min walk with several NEW shops & restaurants: Publix Groceries is mid-island. Also 2 restaurants by Publix; upscale dining restaurant Fresh Catch Bistro & casual dining Junkanoo on the Bay.
The Beach Theater just got approved and will be a new restaurant coming soon! The old Wyndham Resort just got demolished and plans for a possible new tiki restaurant/pool bar are in the works. So much is being built and coming soon! All NEW

Beach is waking distance you will see an abundance of dolphins and pelicans and tropical life and includes the park across the street. Our private pool has complimentary swim noodles to use (please put them away when done using).
Don't forget to visit the WONDER GARDENS in Bonita Springs where you can feed the flamingoes and alligators and take pics with the peacocks and tropical birds.
Lovers Key State Park is 2 miles away with more beautiful beaches & state parks walking trails. Kayak tours are available.
Mid island is a Publix Grocery Store and 2 restaurants behind Publix on the back bay is the casual Junkanoo Restaurant and upscale Fresh Catch Seafood Restaurant.
The closest restaurants are Flippers on the Bay at Lovers Key. Within walking distance is shops at Santini Village which includes boutiques with swimwear, souvenirs, coastal decor, liquor store and a huge convenient CVS Pharmacy with food, beverages etc.

Docs Beach House is CROWDED WITH CARS FOR SUNSET VIEWING EVERY NIGHT...but all YOU need to do is take your provided beach wagon and chairs and bottle of wine for front row seats for gorgeous sunsets....walk through the private EBIA deeded beach access (see picture of access I provided). I guarantee you will also spot a dolphin frolicking in the ocean in front of your eyes, blue herons, exotic birds, and my favorite, the pelicans looking for dinner! Beach living at it's finest.
Santini shopping Plaza is nearby walking distance and has all NEW shops, boutiques, ice-cream shop, liquor store and coffee shop. Santini hosts the Farmers Market every week in the parking lot with crafters, vegetables and food trucks. Restaurants coming soon. CVS is next to Santini Plaza and has food, liquor, drugs, everything and is 10-15 min walking distance.

Carl F.Wonderful stay in a very comfortable condo
We stayed in January and February 2026 in Kim and Joe's very comfortable and well decorated Hibiscus Pointe condo. The layout works very well, has a washer & dryer right in the unit and has very confortable beds. It was large enough for us to have five others over for a super bowl gathering. It has an excellent location on a canal on the south end of Estero Island. It's on the top floor and faces the gulf for beautiful sunset views as it sets over the water. The lanai is huge and we saw Manatees on a couple of occasions in the canal below! The pool, hot tub, community room and grill to use are right next to your building. The complex is part of an association that give access to a large park with sports courts and walking paths right across the street. The association also gives you access to a deeded beach on the gulf just across Estero Blvd. Santini Plaza is just a short walk away and is filling back up after Hurricane IAN. Joe and Kim were great hosts and provided excellent instructions and area information before our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer!
