All spaces are easily accessible except for the locked owners garage, driveway can easily accommodate 2 vehicles.
Pool is heated all-year round by roof solar pool heater panels. Solar can be turned off during summer months when it gets pretty warm. For the winter months the pool temperature is not consistently maintained at a set temperature but the on demand electric pool heater can be turned on if needed. The electric pool heater increases water temperature by around 1f per hour runtime and usually takes around 2-3 days to get into mid 80f, depending on outside temperatures and nightly cooldown.
