Caper Beach Club is a private beachfront condominium, less than a mile south of FMB square, affording easy walkable access to stores, restaurants, and bars, and the distance to allow solitude and peace. You will be able to walk for miles in solitude, with family, or friends.

The island sustained significant damage from Hurricane Ian in 2022 and many areas and restaurants are still recovering or closed.

Publix supermarket is nearby for easy purchases of groceries and necessaries, and the nearby Snook Bight Marina offers pontoon boat rentals to enjoy the bay waters. Lovers Key state park is nearby with beautiful nature walk paths, and kayak, paddleboard rental services.
