If cancellation is received in writing 90 or more days before occupancy we will refund all moneys collected. If cancellation is received less than 90 days before occupancy, we will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $500.00 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
