Located just next door to Rosemary Beach is the gated community of Sunset Beach,Southside of 30A, Our Burkes Beach Bungalow is a darling 3 bdrm, 3 bth beach house that sits just 4 houses in from the private beach access or about 80 steps to the beach and the unique beachfront heated pool that sits a top of the sand dunes. Yes, we have a private beach here, there is no public access which is wonderful. This very welll appointed beach house has a brand new kitchen with all new cabinets, appliances and gorgeous white quartz countertops and is done in all Tommy Bahama decor and has all the amenities of home. New Tempur Pedic mattresses 12/23. Stunning new master shower and bath 12/24, This Beach house is ideal for a couple escaping for a week in paradise or a family of 4-7 looking to get away and relax on one of the prettiest beaches in the world. ( House can sleep 8 with the pull out sofa) The best part of the Bungalow is its location. Not only is this just a few steps to the beach and heated beachfront pool ,but you can walk out the gate and turn right and you are in RosemaryBeach town square or turn left and you are in Alys Beach. Rosemary features some decadent restaurants, quaint shops, coffee and wine bars, the new pescado roof top bar, and the famous sugar shack candy store for kids of all ages. The swank Pearl Hotel boasts a chic lobby bar called Havana Club, and features live entertainment in the evenings.
Turn left and your in the new Alys Beach community featuring some stunning archtecture and some fabulous shops and restaurants like Georges Seafood Restaurant and the new "Citizen Restaurant" along with the newest edition, "Neat" tasting bar featuring award winning Vodkas and bourbons from all over the world. Be sure to stop in Raw n Juicy in Alys beach for breakfast or lunch that will sure to impress your taste buds. We love walking our Golden Doodle here and then taking a stroll through Alys homes and trails is fun for the whole fam. There are literally dozens of wonderful dining options all within walking. The Pearl Hotel "Havanna Club", Gallions,Restaurant Paradis, Cowgirl kitchen are some of our faves. We know your family will love our Bungalow as much as we do and once you vacation here, you will want to come back rentals are available and the scenic 30A bike trail is right outside the gates and runs for 26 miles. Bike to the hub and have a beer at Luke Bryans cigar bar. Bike to Seaside and have lunch at Bud n Allys rooftop or one of the many food trucks that lines Seaside square. Youll love the scenery along 30A. Breathtaking vistas and coastal dune communities.
