All interested parties are required to fill out a condo association application agreement and provide photocopies of drivers licenses for anyone 18 or older. Background checks for each adult 18 and older which will be submitted to the association for approval 30 days before your arrival date.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Naples condo! The unit itself was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining it—it truly felt like a relaxing home away from home.One of the highlights of the property is the incredible amenities. The lazy river and multiple pools were fantastic and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. There are also great recreation options including tennis and pickleball courts, which made it easy to stay active during our stay.The entire facility is beautifully maintained and very walkable. We loved taking morning and evening strolls around the property and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.The location is also excellent—close to plenty of shopping, amazing restaurants, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Naples. Everything we needed was just a short drive away.Overall, this was a fantastic weekly getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable condo with outstanding amenities in a great Naples location!

We spent December, January, and February at Falling Waters Beach Resort Unit #1 in Kristi Soberick and Jeff's gorgeous and comfortable beach hideaway. It is very well equipped and meticulously clean. If you are lucky enough to rent there, you will not regret it. Enjoy!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachy condo! The two-bedroom, two-bath layout was perfect and very comfortable. The decor gave it such a relaxing coastal feel, and it was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was incredibly convenient during our stay.The resort amenities were amazing, especially the lazy river pool—such a fun and relaxing way to spend the afternoon! Everything about the property made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Rented for the months of February and March 2025. First time at Falling Waters Resort, but have rented many times in Naples. I have yo say this was a great experience working with the owner and a great resort experience as well. This owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - a bottle of wine waiting for us, and the best stocked condo I have ever rented. The condo was clean and well decorated. The lanai is a great size with a stocked fridge - spent a good deal of time there. The lazy river was wonderful and within walking distance. You have everything you need for your stay! Would highly recommend!
