House was everything as advertised. Nice, new, clean and very well supplied. Bed was exceptional we slept like babies. The lanai was the best we've had in our 10 years staying in Cape Coral. Remy was a great host. Very welcoming, answered all our questions and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this property

This house met and exceeded our expectations! Beautiful property at an ideal location. House was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The lanai was exceptional with both a pool and hot tub. House manager was super helpful. Would absolutely stay at this property again!

A beautiful house in a prime location. Large boat lift, 30 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. The house's amenities leave nothing to be desired.
