We offer complimentary boat slips with secure trailer parking while you use your boat and a launch for a perfect day to go to Fort McRee or Robinson Island. This lovely two bedroom unit is located on the third floor on the west side of Eden. The spacious kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets, granite counter tops and a unique butcher block island and seating. A king size bed is in the master bedroom, flat screen TV and there is a private bath that features a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed to accommodate a couple or for your children and also has a large TV. This unit has a guest bathroom that has a shower/tub combo right across from the laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a new 65 inch flat screen TV; there is a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows this property to comfortably sleep 6 people. You can take in the beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony featuring pub height furniture that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. This property has a high capacity ice maker perfect for an ice cold beverage or filling your ice chest for the day. Cox Cable TV and free WiFi in the unit and common areas.

We have been going to perdido Key for at least 15yrs. This time we chose Eden condominiums because we wanted an indoor pool. Our stay in W-305 was perfect. Everything we wanted plus more. Loved the layout, view, the beds were very comfortable, which is something i look for.loved the parking garage. Indoor pool beautiful. Great customer service. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything about Eden 305 and our time in Perdido Key was fantastic! The condo is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. It was immaculate. Carl and Polly have provided everything needed! Carl was easy to communicate with, and the condo staff was friendly and helpful. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the butterflies flitter about the gorgeous flowers. Breathtaking views, white sand, blue water, and lush landscaping make Eden a true paradise. Would highly recommend and would love to return someday soon!

We loved our stay here! Our family of 6 slept very comfortably. The sofa bed was easy to fold out each night. We really enjoyed having the walk in closet for suitcase storage. This condo was amazing! I have visited Perdido Key, OB, GS,FBW, and PCB. This was the best condo I have stayed with. It is so roomy and the view of the pool and beach from the huge balcony is perfect! Mr. Carl was wonderful to work with and I can't wait to book again soon! The grounds at the condo were gorgeous.

This was our first stay at Eden, and we loved every second of it. The unit was clean, the building was clean, the pool was top tier, and everyone from the front desk to security to maintenance team were friendly and so helpful. Carl‘s condo was the perfect homebase for our family vacation in Florida! We loved the easy access to walk downstairs to multiple pools, the fitness center, and the beach. We also had fun driving over to Pensacola to the naval aviation museum and to watch the Blue Angels practice. Carl was attentive and a pleasure to communicate with before, during, and after our visit. Highly recommend this condo!

Where do I start ? Eden, w305 , staff and owner were amazing. The building is beautiful with all the flowers etc on each balcony, pool was a great oasis, great beach access. Our condo itself was perfectly furnished, stocked, clean and very comfy with the two kings. Spent mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the dolphins. The area has so much to do between the beach, state parks and we also enjoyed the Blue Angels show and museum. We will definitely return and recommend to family and friends ! Staff and owner were very personable and helpful.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Carl & Polly’s condo last week. It had everything you would want, and Carl went over and above in seeing to it that we had everything we needed. From restaurant and sightseeing recommendations to fishing charters and even making sure we had chairs and umbrellas. Truly lovely hosts! Our favorite things were the view off of the balcony and especially the ice maker! We will absolutely return. Thank you both for a great vacation!

There is free parking for two vehicles inside gated and covered parking. There is overflow parking across the street for additional vehicles, large trucks, and RVs.
Yes! You are free to use any slip based on a first come, first served basis. Slips have 30/50 amp power poles. There is a launch ramp, and ample parking for trailers in a gated location on the property. You can launch boat at your leisure and avoid the crowds at the public launches.
Check-in is handled all on-site at the 24 hour manned front desk. You don't have to go to an offsite 3rd party company to collect your keys and access. Eden manages everything in house locally on the property.
A full service restaurant is not available, but a cafe and snack bar is located poolside that serves sandwiches, snacks, soda, beer, and cocktails from March-October. There is also a Surf Style beach store directly across the street that carries all beach supplies and light grocery items for immediate needs.
As with check-in, all maintenance is performed by an experienced crew on the property. Issues as small as replacing a light bulb, or TV remote control usage are all covered in your rental. The staff are long term employees of Eden and they react quickly and efficiently to issues when reported.
