1540 sq. ft. Creciente has 3 gorgeous buildings ON FORT MYERS BEACH on Estero Island. We are located across the street (on the beach) from the newly renovated Santini Mall that has beach shopping and several great restaurants with both formal and informal options.
We have arguably the BEST POOL ON ESTERO ISLAND.!
Our condo is a corner unit on the 6th floor and faces East and South. We have a gorgeous outdoor lanai that wraps around the 2 sides of our condo.!
You can clearly see the beach from our kitchen window..!
The beautiful white sand beaches are less than 100 yards from our front door.! We have public shuttles that run down Estero Blvd. every 20 minutes.! So, you really don’t need a car if you’re flying in from destinations outside Florida.! Just hop into a taxi or Uber from the airport.! We have a Publix grocery store on the island just 2 miles away and Jimmy Buffet resort area is at the end of our island, only 4 miles away..!

Kids love it because they not only have a great white sandy beach to play in and it’s just outside their front door. Then if they get tired of the beach we have a beautiful heated pool to enjoy.!
If you don’t want to cook, you can step right outside the front door and WALK over to Santini mall for a burger or pizza or an ice cream cone..! Did I mention Jimmy Buffet resort is on our island and only 6 miles down the same street as our condo.!?

Fort Myers BEACH is NOT IN FORT MYERS.. Fort Myers beach is on Estero Island. We are just a few miles north of Bonita Springs and about 25 miles North of Naples. People literally fly in from all over the world to vacation at gorgeous Fort Myers Beach.
The 3 Creciente buildings are literally on the beach.. our front door is approx. 30 yards from our gorgeous pool and approx. 100 yards from our gorgeous white sand beach.! Jimmy Buffet resort is a short 6 mile car ride on the same street as Creciente - Estero Blvd. Across the street you can rent pontoon boats for your friends and family and tour around on the bay. Great fishing options are also available across the street.!
Santini Mall is across the street from us and has fine dining and informal dining options.. a short 6 minute car ride south will get you to Coconut Jacks near Bonita Springs and every type of food option you can think of. Just 6 miles north there are dozens of great fine dining options and casual eating establishments in and around the Jimmy Buffet resort..
Many locals say Fort Myers Brach is the place to be.. fun, sun and great beaches.. safe, beautiful and clean!

Dolores D.Location and Ambience is Hard to Beat
Mark, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo in Fort Meyers Beach. We appreciated the lovely furnishings and the comfort they provided. It was great to walk out of the back gate and get to the beach in a few minutes and to walk across the street out front to get a bite to eat or shop at a variety of different stores.
