Property is fenced in and the pickleball court is on the property. The pool is 24’ x 14’ and is not caged. The pool is not heated but the hot tub is. The hot tub is 7’x7’. Home is not child friendly as it is not child proofed and the pool does not have a child safety gate. There is also no crib at the house.

About the host: I purchased this property after visiting Cape Coral and falling in love with the area. This will eventually become my retirement home.
Why this property? When we decided to purchase a new construction we hired DR Horton to build the house. We picked a triple lot to fit a pickleball court on the side. It took almost two years to build the home a custom pool and hot tub and a regulation size pickleball court. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are children allowed?
Children 13 and up are allowed. The house is not equipped with safety features for younger children. The pool doesn’t have a safety fence around it. There are no cribs and home is not child proofed.
Can guests invite other people to play on the pickleball court?
No. For liability reasons, only guests staying at the home can use the property. All adults staying at the property will also be asked to sign a liability waiver for the pickleball court prior to their stay.
