Pool access is weather-dependent (acts of God not covered)

Pool care is needed during your stay. Please expect to skim/brush, empty filter baskets and run hose/water to keep the pool full. Many Thanks!

Iguanas are our best pest control. They will be hanging around the storage swim spa and backyard! Majestic creatures! Not dangerous- just surprising!

Due to natural sediment, tap water in Florida may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. Some guests choose to use bottled water instead
Trash
Bin Location: The bins are kept at the top of the driveway, under the carport.
