Once the Glades approves your paid application and you sign our rental agreement, the total rental fee for your entire stay plus taxes, cleaning and security deposit are due two weeks before your initial rental date. Once paid, no refunds will be granted unless we can rent the condo to another for the same duration as your signed agreement or as discusseed otherwise.

Absolutely! Unlimited golf for renters after 12:00 pm on the two immaculately maintained, beautiful 18-hole golf courses: The Palmetto (executive) and The PInes. The fee for The Palmetto is $47.50 for 18 holes. For the Pines, there is only a $95 fee to play 18 holes (compared to $250-$350 a round on comparable courses). The fee is $47.50 for 9 holes on The Pines and cart rental is $20. Walking the course is allowed, and is free of charge. Many people walk both courses.
Yes! All pools, tennis course, pickleball courses, bocce, etc. are available for renters. The library is great - you can take and return books and trade if you wish.
