KennethOutstanding Condo – Truly a Gem
This condo was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy everything the Naples area has to offer. The space feels calm, fresh, and very intentionally put together—nothing cluttered, nothing overlooked. It was immediately clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel comfortable and at home.We spent countless hours on the lanai enjoying the quiet lake view and watching the light change in the evenings—it never got old. The layout of the condo is excellent, with plenty of space to relax, sleep well, and settle in for longer stays. Every day-to-day need was covered, from the kitchen to the beach gear, which made planning simple and stress-free.The location worked out beautifully for us: quick access to main roads, easy trips to beaches and downtown, and peaceful surroundings when we returned. The amenities were a bonus, especially the pools and walking paths, and communication with the owner was smooth and reliable.

We so enjoyed our February stay at your condo. It is so beautiful, and all appeared to be brand new. Soo clean and well decorated. It was so well stocked for anything we could have possibly needed and so well organized. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella!The view of the lake is incredible, and the sunsets are stunning. The location right off I-75 was amazing.It was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented.

The location is amazing, right of I-75. It is 15-20 minutes to a number of Gulf beaches and 20 minutes to Old Naples, downtown Naples and Naples Harbor. The condo is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet and a gorgeous bathroom / shower. The beds were very comfortable.The lanai was wonderful and a stunning view of the lake and fountain.The entire condo was extremely clean and beautifully furnished.This condo was so well stocked with anything you could possibly need (kitchen / cooking, laundry, linens). We loved the beach chairs and umbrella.There are a number of pools to choose from. A couple within walking distance. The main club pool was wonderful and had a lap pool along side of it. Both pools are heated. Numerous pickle ball courts. We loved that the appointed parking spot had a roof over it.We watched the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai and/ or breakfast nook every night. The owner was very responsive, had a question re: TV.We have rented numerous condo's and this one was Simply the Best. It spoiled us!

Yes there is a community pool as well as a resort style pool by the Clubhouse.
Unit is located on the first floor level.
Membership is optional. If you want to play golf and use the facilities you need to apply for the membership. Otherwise you do not need to be a member.
